1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by selecting your desired product, choosing a variant (size/color), and clicking Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete the required information.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh.
You can pay only after receiving your product.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 5–10 working days

Shipping delays may occur during holidays or weather issues.

4. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your location and courier partner.
We try to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link or AWB number.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • It’s unused and in original condition

  • All packaging and tags are intact

  • You have valid proof of purchase

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for size or color (based on availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.
