  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery

Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Delivery times depend on the delivery location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the delay or issue occurs due to our mistake.
